Honestly, we can’t think of anything which is good news because it confirms we are still in the right industry – home healthcare!
For 26 years the mission of Home Care Providers has been to provide personalized, high-quality care with the most innovative technology thus allowing families, physicians, and care teams to stay connected and in compliance giving the benefit to older adults to remain home all the while maintaining their independence and dignity.
What began with Dr. Dev Brar and a single field nurse in an office in 1996, has grown into a nationally recognized company spanning ten states. On that first day, Dr. Brar hung a banner with a quote from Mahatma Gandhi in the very first office. We believe in it and adopt it as our motto:
- A customer is the most important visitor on our premises.
- He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him.
- He is not an interruption in our work - he is the purpose of it.
- We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to serve him.
Along the way, we’ve developed lasting relationships both with our clients and each other. And our company has grown and held true to its values of professionalism, commitment, and compassion. We’re still as steadfast to our mission now as we were when Dr. Brar started the company back in 1996, and we’re getting better at it every day!
In other words, these last twenty-six years have been amazing, and we’re so excited for the future!

Caring for our Community
When Dr. Dev Brar set out on his journey in home healthcare, he had a passion for positively impacting older adults with compassion for aging in place and a dedication to using cutting-edge technology to assist along the way.
Even in a time of social distancing, we made it a point to stay active in our local communities and ensure the safety of our staff and clients. We introduced new technology check-ins for our caregiver’s scheduling system and made sure necessary accommodation was in place for clients and HCP staff.
As always, we are so excited for the future of our company. We love helping our current clients grow and remain at home safely and can’t wait to build new relationships and connections. In the meantime, you know we’ll be learning and growing and looking for ways to give back to our community. That’s just who we are!
